I was “successful” early on: I founded my first company at 23 (Selectra Österreich GmbH) and exited at 26. As a hotelier, I led 20 employees through times of crisis. Between performance and inner turmoil, I asked myself: “What do I really love about my work?”

This question invited me to let go—and to embark on a completely new path.

As someone who grew up between different worlds myself, I understand the unique challenges and strengths of people who have grown up and live between cultures, generations, or systems.

To date, I have had the privilege of mentoring over 2,000 young people. Every day, they show me that it is always possible to develop potential. The next generation needs more role models who lead from the heart, not from the ego.

My many years of experience as an entrepreneur, manager, and business coach have taught me that, at the end of the day, it always comes down to one thing—humanity and relationships.
