How I work as a business coach
As a certified coach for NI Neurosystemic Integration® Vienna, I bring unique experience-based expertise with: Entrepreneurial experience (exit at 26), leadership experience (20 employees), psychotherapeutic depth (training under supervision) and youth development expertise (1,000+ young people accompanied). This mixture makes my coaching particularly practical and authentic.

If emotional burdens, traumas or deeper crises are at the center, psychotherapy may be more appropriate. In the free introductory meeting, we will find out together what is the right framework for you.
That is very individual. Some people come for 3-5 sessions for specific questions, others I accompany over several months through larger change processes. We define goals together and see what you need.
