The Story Behind the Keynote:
This keynote speech arose from a personal turning point: after a successful exit at the age of 26 and managing 25 employees, I was faced with the question of why professional success did not lead to inner fulfillment. I only found the answer when I was prepared to take an honest look at myself—even though it was uncomfortable.

“I am what one calls a Second Migration Person… what do you do when the gap grows ever wider between who you are outwardly and your true values?”
This question led me from a successful exit at 26, through a burnout at Lake Millstatt, to a conscious reinvention as a psychotherapist in training under supervision and Entrepreneurship Educator 2023(Federal Ministry of Education).
