Learning of a different kind

Classic workshops are outdated. Knowledge no longer needs to be imparted in a frontal manner, but must be experienced. That is why I designed a series of playful exercises to encourage curiosity so that your High Potentials learn everything they need to know about Entrepreneurial Creativity.

An impulse is great but sustainable change is better. Beyond the impulse, I accompany your team in seamlessly integrating the practices into their daily worklife weather it is on an individual basis through 1:1 Online Coaching or through regular follow up workshops.

You may have sensed it already. I am not your average kind of Consultant. Why? Because I have learnt that in order to grow we need to be open for change.
That is what my trajectory is about: Namely the constant ability to change and adapt no matter the circumstance. This is exactly where my expertise lies.

I founded my first start-up at the age of 23, which I built up into a company with 25 employees within 3 years. Agile working and creative thinking were a matter of course for us – not a figurehead.

At 26, I sold my company and turned my attention to the hotel industry. As the manager of Villa Verdin, I dedicated myself to developing the potential of my young talents. Despite coronavirus, recruiting was fun and easy for us.

Then, at 30, I experienced a burnout. A serious setback turned into an opportunity. I realised that entrepreneurship can only succeed in the long term if you strive for balance. This was followed in 2022/2023 by training as a coach for neurosystemic integration. Since September 2024, I have been in the specialist course for systemic family therapy at la:sf.

In my work I combine knowledge from many years of experience as an executive manager, entrepreneur and youth entrepreneurship trainer with in depth knowledge in neurosystemic integration. I support your high potentials to develop a resilient mindset with the help of entrepreneurial creativity techniques and thus retain them in the company on the long term. For my special commitment, I was awarded the Entrepreneurship Educator 2023 by the Federal Minister of Education, Science and Research.

Growth is an essential part of life. More than 10 years of work experience as an entrepreneur and executive have taught me that. I founded my first start-up at the age of 23. At the age of 26, I became head of the Villa Verdin, where I developed a particular passion for working with youth and high potentials. At the age of 30, I started training as a psychotherapist. As a certified coach for NI Neurosystemic Integration®, I support your company in promoting your young talent by combining techniques from the entrepreneurial sector with modern age psychology. The goal: to sustainably anchor solution-oriented and innovative thinking in your company. For my endeavors in this field,  I was awarded the Entrepreneurship Educator 2023 by the Federal Minister of Education, Science and Research.”
